Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. Tier 01 and 02 are built specifically for non-technical operators. If you can use a Word doc and a browser, you can use these systems. Tier 03 is hands-on — we install everything for you.
Which AI tools do I need?
Anthropic's Claude (free or paid plan) is the primary tool we recommend. Many of the playbooks also work with ChatGPT or Gemini. We give you the prompts that work in any of them.
How long does the training take?
Tier 01 (PDF) is a weekend read. Tier 02 (training program) is sequenced over 6 weeks but you can move faster. Tier 03 (implementation) runs 4–6 weeks of weekly 1:1 calls plus 90 days of support.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start at Tier 01 or 02 and want to move up, we credit 100% of your previous purchase against the new tier. Just reach out.
Is this for real estate agents too?
Yes. The frameworks are built for both mortgage brokers and real estate agents. Many of the playbooks work for both — listing follow-up, buyer nurture, database reactivation, post-close systems.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
